Description

My research follows the struggle of Molluccun refugees in the Netherlands. After the Dutch Indonesian war the Dutch lost and left a maassive refugee issue for the Mollucans of Indonesia.Reason why the Mollucans of Indonesia were the main supporters for the Dutch in the conflict. After conflict Indonesia became a Singular republic and single outed the Mollucans. This led to massive killing of Mollucans. In which the Dutch allowed 12,000 Mollucans to seek refuge in the Netherlands .By the 1970s Mollucans in the Netherlands were considered stateless and Dutch did not acknowledge them for statehood. This led to terrorist actions done by Mollucans in the Netherlands to fight for Dutch recognition.
