Teaching Practices (Poster Only) – Analysis, synthesis, reflection, and discussion
Abstract
Teacher preparation programs are tasked with the monumental feat of preparing aspiring teachers to enter the field as highly qualified educators. As a result, the act of reflection, with the aim of increasing teacher effectiveness, has been incorporated into the teacher candidates’ observations. Teacher reflection is engagement that encourages the growth of a teacher into a reflective teacher and a practitioner.
