Abstract

Theatre is a good major for a student who wants to enter the entertainment industry, marketing, fashion design, fashion merchandising, 2D and 3D art, film, graphic design, arts management, business and many other areas. Aside from training to enter the entertainment industry either “on stage” or “back stage,” theatre students will learn a variety of skills that are widely applicable, including: improvisation, project management, interpersonal relations, empathy, multitasking, work ethic, and presentation skills.
