Abstract
This session will discuss a study focused on the size of Virtual Faculty Learning Communities. This study using a quantitative approach looks to determine if there are any differences in engagement between a small Faculty Learning Community and a large Faculty Learning Community (over 20 participants). By determining if large groups have similar outcomes as small groups, this will allow the opportunity for more individuals to participate in this type of learning experience which in turn will allow for more members of the institution to make deeper connections to their practice and to the classroom.
