Abstract
The STARS (Self-Tracking, Assessment and Reflection Study) is a time management inquiry-based analysis project. The intended purpose of this study is to understand how the use of instructor-designed time management tools and intervention techniques helps towards student success. The overarching goal is to help students responsibly allocate their time and resources to focus more on their study habits and success. The detailed assessment (qualitative and quantitative) results will be shared in this conference.
