Abstract
Mindset has been a "hot topic" over the last few years and is one of the USG initiatives. Encouraging students to foster a growth mindset can lead to students not giving up when faced with a challenging problem, which ties in directly to the K-12 Standard for Mathematical Practice #1. Participants will learn what mindset activities were conducted in my class and read how mindset activities impacted my students.
