Session Three
Full Session Description
In this session, participants will be introduced to the critical elements of the change process and the barriers that keep us from real change. Then, utilizing the I.D.E.A. model, participants will examine implicit biases through the change process. Last, participants will create their own I.D.E.A. Action Plan to put them on the path to individual growth, awareness, and more equitable classroom practices.
