Full Session Description
Props during circle time promote language, social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and aesthetic development of toddlers within a classroom setting. Using props allow each child to take part in circle time while also building their self-esteem and confidence. Toddlers can remain focus for a more extended period when incorporating props during circle time. The participants will participate in creating and implementing props in their own circle time with items you can find in any toddler classroom. Participants will also learn how to use props during transitions. Incorporating props in your transitions teach toddlers the importance of turn-taking which plays a crucial role in their social development.
