Brief Program Description
As professionals, it is our role to discover, introduce, and teach effective methods to help others tell their story. Within our office, creativity can abound, and both healing and growth occur. Helping others is an extraordinary opportunity and the telling or processing of one’s story is significant. While common, ordinary means can be used in the process, we make the most of the opportunity by keeping ourselves invested in and energized by new ideas. As approaches grow stale and resources tire, we can experience burnout and/or negative impacts on our effectiveness. This workshop will encourage participants to swing for the fence when it comes to helping others. Let’s learn some new skills and discuss fresh ideas for helping.
