Presentation given at the National Association for Music Education National Conference.

Program

We piloted and refined a test of rhythmic error detection to be presented alongside two tests of beat and rhythm perception. The performance of music majors (N = 50) was compared to previous research, and the relationship between beat perception and error detection was explored.
