About This Journal
Georgia Educational Researcher (GER) is an open-access, double-blind peer reviewed journal published bi-annually in the summer and winter by the Georgia Educational Research Association (GERA).
Prior to 1999, GER was available in paperback form. Between 1999 and 2003, the journal was dormant before the Fall 2003 edition was revived as a fully online journal. As of the Fall 2003 issue, GER is available to the public free of charge online.
