Abstract
This research paper explores the effect of Imperial Japan's growth and conquest for land. Also how Japan’s conquest led them into World war 2.This paper would focus on the aspect of Imperial Japan’s need of food and agricultural land for their growing population. And what great lengths the country of Japan took to try an acquire it. The paper would also explore when Imperial Japan did not have the supple amount of food to feed their armed forces throughout the war, and their use of nationalistic propaganda and military indoctrination to instruct armed forces to subvert their hunger for their military goals. Following that aspect this paper put into light the extreme lengths food deprivation Japanese armed forces faced during World War 2, and their mental mind states that were changed with utmost nationalist military indoctrination of Imperial Japan. And my paper will also show how Imperial Japanese government distributed food during the war and effects of it on the Homefront. Also Japan's colonies and how they were used and strained of their food for Japan's need to supply food, and see the effect it had on Japan's Colonies.
