Jeremy Horst Traded To Philadelphia Phillies. Former Armstrong Atlantic State University lefthanded pitcher Jeremy Horst was traded from the Cincinnati Reds to the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday evening for infielder Wilson Valdez.
