Abstract

Communication Studies is a major for those who ask questions like “How did they respond when you said that?” or “Wasn’t that a biased reaction?”

Communication Studies majors improve their critical thinking and writing skills, apply what they learn to understanding communication situations, develop team building skills, work on different kinds of oral presentations, and improve their interpersonal skills.

All of these skills are the skills employers consistently report they are seeking for entry-level management positions.
