Abstract
Lecture after lecture can become routine, and even boring, in face-to-face management classes. Utilizing active learning techniques engage business students and ensure management concepts are being analyzed and synthesized through multiple techniques. Being creative in the classroom can be beneficial to the students and the professor. This poster seeks to provide strategies for active learning activities in management classrooms that arouse curiosity, encourage participant, and enhance concept retention.
