Summary

School climate matters. Principals are the primary drivers of school climate. Principals deserve direct instruction as it relates to how to intentionally shape positive school climate. This information is valuable and meaningful considering the significant impact school climate has on teacher and student outcomes. This session will offer principals much-needed, detailed strategies for shaping school climate. Following this session, principals will be able to implement positive school climate features immediately.
