Atlanta and Savannah rejoiced when designated by the International Olympic Committee as sites for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. Have they also been designated by forces of evil as sites for international terrorism a la Munich or domestic terrorism a la Oklahoma City? This talk explores why Atlanta and Savannah present ideal targets for all kinds of political terrorists next summer and then posits steps to be taken to minimize the threat.
