Interview conducted by Anna McIntyre at the Savannah Marriot Riverfront hotel on August 21, 2017. Paul started his law enforcement career as a state trooper in 1963. After 29 years with the Georgia State Patrol, he retired and now works with the Bartow County Sheriff Office. In this interview, Paul discusses the divide between law enforcement and the public.
