Summary of Interview

Interview conducted by Michael Van Wagenen in Waverly, Georgia, on January 23, 2017. Paul started his law enforcement career as a radio operator for the Georgia State Patrol in 1969. He also served in the Cedartown Police Department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations. In this interview, Paul discusses his involvement in the Miss Vicky drug case as well as the Forsyth Brotherhood March of 1987.
