Background

This project is a digital Long Range(LoRa) Radio communication system enabling the transmission of data over a physically long distance. This type of technology is useful for connecting sensors, gateways, machines, devices, animals, and people. There are many ways to apply this application in the real world and the main motive is to apply this project to the civilian and military world. Since the nature of Semtech proprietary chirp spread spectrum characteristics and the design of the project allows this for the communication system to be used for offline communication in a situation where regular internet connection is neither desirable nor reachable[4]. To use this application, the user would need to connect a device such as a smartphone or a computer through a Universal Serial Bus Type- C (USB-C) cable[5] and launch an application that can communicate through a communication port(COM Port).
