Brief Program Description

Struggling between knowing the difference between building trust and maintaining boundaries with your students? In this session, participants will learn how to communicate with care and strength in order to build relationships from a distance. Participants will explore how to create safe spaces, build relationships, use positive behavioral interventions, and learn how to self-regulate their own emotions when triggered by a student’s disruptive behavior.
