Summary
Research shows resilience is ordinary. The road to resilience involves extensive emotional distress; the pandemic, in-person vs remote learning, masks, social distancing, cultural competencies to name a few. How did we do it? What should/can we do? The session addresses burnout and challenges to learn that resilience is built when we experience adversity and emerge stronger. Attendees will be engaged in interactive and thought reflection methods to build resilience in uncertain school cultures.
