This admin-only workshop will explain why and how these organizational dynamics occur and how to effectively maximize school staff and student outcomes with minimal headaches.

Biographical Sketch

Education Success Strategist and Congressional award-winning author, Hotep is widely known for his proactive, “tough love” approach to education.
