Career Leadership Smarts is a multi-phased and comprehensive approach for the development of workforce and leadership skills with the goal of equipping students to be self-directed, productive and contributing citizens. This session will explore a project designed to support educators and their students as they infuse leadership learning as a tool for the development of soft skills.
