Abstract or Description
An extensive evidence-based literature review is presented on instructional alignment within a health assessment course for nurses. The presentation will focus on the different views on structure, process and outcomes as perceived by students, teachers or registered nurses. The need and relevance of a critical reflection on how we prepare our future nurses will be demonstrated.
