Purpose

Electronic mail services are provided on Georgia Southern University (University) owned computing and networking resources to further the mission of learning, instruction, administration, and public service. The purpose of this policy is to ensure the proper use of the University electronic mail communication system. This policy is intended to maintain an ethical and amicable working environment and to meet the requirements governing the use of University email resources.
