Abstract
This thesis investigates how incorporating principles of Public Administration into Human Resource Management can enhance organizational performance. By examining HR practices in both public and private sectors, this study aims to propose a strategic framework that leverages the strengths of both disciplines. This framework is expected to improve efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall effectiveness in organizations.
Thesis Summary
By adopting PA changes, company’s can move toward a more structured, fair, and effective HRM system that aligns with PA principles, ultimately leading to improved employee engagement, retention, and organizational success. This study contributes to the broader discussion on how PA principles can be effectively applied to HRM in the private sector, offering a practical framework that can optimize workforce productivity, governance, and corporate social responsibility. By continuing to refine HR strategies in alignment with PA values, organizations can foster a more ethical, transparent, and performance-driven workplace.
