This collection consists of the personal papers of J. Shields Kennan. Materials span 1947-1997 and concern Kenan's career in the U.S. Army, in the printing business, and as editor and publisher of The Bulloch Times. Materials documenting Kenan’s involvement in the Bulloch County Historical Society and Rotary Club are also included.
