Scope and Content
This collection consists of approximately 668 photograph slides (color; 35 mm) taken by Tom Kohler and Susan Earl from 2006 to 2009. Slides capture artwork in the Savannah area. Collection also includes print photographs and compact discs containing digital files that supplement materials found on the slides. The collection is named in honor of Waddie Welcome, a respected individual who was part of the greater community.
