Collections preserve administrative documents and minutes by and for the Faculty Senate on all campuses of Georgia Southern University.
The documents are produced and archived according to the Senate calendar. The timeline for archiving is as follows:
- June
- The Faculty Senate administrative assistant archives all agendas, minutes, etc. for meetings held between January and June by June 30th. December
- The Faculty Senate administrative assistant archives all agendas, minutes, etc. for meetings held between July and December by December 30th.
