About the Collection

The Faculty Senate Documents collection archives administrative documents and minutes for the Faculty Senate on all campuses of Georgia Southern University.

The documents are produced and archived based on the calendar of the Faculty Senate. The process timeline for archiving is as follows:

June
• Administrative Assistant for the Faculty Senate will archive all agendas, minutes, etc. for meetings held between January and June in Digital Commons by June 30th.
December

• Administrative Assistant for the Faculty Senate will archive all agendas, minutes, etc. for meetings held between July and December in Digital Commons by December 30th.

• Senate Librarian: Annie Mendenhall
• Student Government Association: Blake Robinson
