Flagler Claims 3-1 Win Over Armstrong In NCAA Volleyball Action. Defending NCAA Southeast Region champion Flagler knocked off Armstrong Atlantic State University in NCAA Southeast Region quarterfinal action Friday afternoon in Cuddy Arena.
