No. 4 Pirates Clinch Share Of PBC Title With 7-2 Win At No. 10 Flagler. The No. 4-ranked Armstrong State University women's tennis team clinched a share of its 13th straight Peach Belt Conference regular season title with a 7-2 win over No. 10 Flagler on Wednesday in St. Augustine.
