Abstract

No. 3 Pirates Move Into PBC Title Match With Two Wins Saturday. The top-seeded and No. 3-ranked Armstrong State University men's tennis team advanced to the 2016 Peach Belt Conference Tournament championship match with a pair of wins on Saturday at the Dr. Eddie Floyd Florence Tennis Center in Florence, S.C. The Pirates defeated No. 49 USC Aiken, 5-0, in the quarterfinals, then defeated No. 13 Georgia College, 5-1, in the semifinals.
