Armstrong's Rumenov Honored At US Open With ITA All-Star Honor. Armstrong Atlantic State University men's tennis standout Georgi Rumenov received his ITA All-Star Team award this weekend at the ITA Awards Luncheon, hosted by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) in conjunction with the 2012 U.S. Open at Flushing Meadows.
