Regan, Rumenov Team For ITA Southeast Region Doubles Title. The Armstrong Atlantic State University men's tennis duo of senior Dan Regan and senior Georgi Rumenov captured the ITA Southeast Region doubles championship by winning twice on Monday at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, S.C.
