Pedro Scocuglia Captures ITA Southeast Region Singles Title. Armstrong Atlantic State University senior Pedro Scocuglia captured the ITA Southeast Regional singles title with a 7-5, 6-3 victory over teammate Pablo Gor on Monday afternoon at the Armstrong Tennis Complex.
