No. 16 Pirates Stave Off Elimination With 7-4 Win Over Grand Valley State On Wednesday. The No. 16-ranked Armstrong State University softball squad staved off elimination at the DII Softball Championships with a 7-4 win over Grand Valley State on Wednesday afternoon at the Regency Athletic Complex in Denver, Colo.
