Abstract

Lower Seeded Teams Prevail On First Day Of NCAA Southeast Softball Regional. The lower seeded teams prevailed on the first day of action at the 2017 NCAA Division II Softball Southeast Regional #2 on Thursday as sixth-seeded Young Harris downed third-seeded and host Armstrong State, 2-1, while seventh-seeded Pfeiffer beat second-seeded Carson-Newman, 7-4, in nine innings.
