Abstract

Pirates Split Pair On Friday At Catawba Invitational. The Armstrong Atlantic State softball squad opened up action at the 2010 Catawba Invitational on Friday by splitting a pair of games. The Pirates took No. 20-ranked Wayne State to 11 innings, falling 6-5, but rebounded to knock off Fairmont State, 2-1, in eight innings.
