Armstrong Soccer Moves Up To No. 14 In Latest NSCAA Rankings. The Armstrong Atlantic State University women's soccer squad moved up two spots to No. 14 in the latest NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Top 25, released Tuesday by the organization.
