Pirates Win PBC Tournament Title, 1-0, On Skeff's Late Tally. Junior Nadima Skeff's goal with 12 seconds left propelled the No. 19-ranked Armstrong Atlantic State University women's soccer team to a 1-0 Peach Belt Conference tournament championship victory over Columbus State on Sunday afternoon at Blanchard Woods Park in Evans, Ga.
