Pirates Tie For Fifth At Outback Steakhouse Collegiate. The No. 21-ranked Armstrong Atlantic State University men's golf team shot a 312 on Tuesday to place fifth at the rain-shortened Outback Steakhouse Collegiate, hosted by Catawba at the Hombre Golf Club in Panama City Beach, Fla.
