Former Armstrong Atlantic State All-American golfer Chris Epperson competed at the U.S. Open's sectional qualifying at Ansley Golf Club in Roswell, Ga., on June 7, tying for second in the field tying but earning an alternate slot - one he plans to take advantage of.
