Abstract

Pirates Win Ninth Straight, Edge USC Aiken 60-58 On Saturday. Armstrong Atlantic State University freshman Brigitta Barta notched a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds while blocking a game-tying shot with 1.5 seconds left to help the Pirates notch a 60-58 Peach Belt Conference women's basketball victory over visiting USC Aiken on Saturday evening at Alumni Arena, the ninth win in a row for Armstrong.
