Abstract

Pirates Edged Late By Spartans, 83-82. The Armstrong Atlantic State University men's basketball team erased a 20-point second-half deficit against the University of Tampa, but a Spartan layup with five seconds left sunk the Pirates, 83-82, on Saturday evening at the Saint Leo Ames Classic in Saint Leo, Fla.
