Abstract

Landa, Pirates Shut Down Tornado, 3-1. Armstrong Atlantic State University lefthander Trent Landa limited visiting King (Tenn.) to seven hits and one run, while striking out nine in the No. 20-ranked Pirates' 3-1 win over the Tornado on Wednesday afternoon in 2011 Savannah Invitational action at Pirate Field.
