Abstract

Shippensburg Halts Armstrong Win Streak With 3-2 Victory. Shippensburg University used a three-run home run by Tyler Uphouse and strong pitching to halt the No. 20-ranked Armstrong Atlantic State University baseball squad's 13-game winning streak with a 3-2 victory over the Pirates on Monday afternoon in 2011 Savannah Invitational action at Pirate Field.
