Armstrong Head Baseball Coach Joe Roberts Retires After 34 Seasons. Armstrong Atlantic State University head baseball coach Joe Roberts, the all-time winningest head coach in NCAA Division II history, announced his retirement on Saturday after the completion of his 34th season at the helm of Pirate baseball.
