Abstract
No. 12 Pirates Edge GRU Augusta, 6-5, In PBC Series Opener Friday. Junior Cody Sherlin's sacrifice fly in the top of the seventh inning snapped a 5-5 tie and helped the No. 12-ranked Armstrong State University baseball team edge GRU Augusta, 6-5, in the first game of a Peach Belt Conference weekend series on Friday at Lake Olmstead Stadium in Augusta, GA.
