Abstract
An online survey gathered data from 61 former students in a Professional Golf Management Program who are now living and working in golf clubs in 17 states. These former students answered questions about their current job responsibilities, how the graduates and their employers perceived their preparation for their position provided by the Wall College of Business and the PGM Program on 20 job dimensions, gathered ratings on strengths and weaknesses of the Wall College and the PGM Program on 13 dimensions of quality, and asked for any suggested improvements to the Wall College PGM Program. The results show the Wall College and the PGM Program both have some strengths as well as some areas of improvement to be addressed.
